Working in the company are clinicians: Michael Alexander, Vivian Alexander, Ayelet Faust-Eshed, a team of manufacturing workers and a front office team.
Michael Alexander obtained his orthotics qualifications from the Lewis National Rehabilitation Institute at Tel Hashomer (Tel Aviv), and is officially recognized by the Ministry of Health.
Michael Alexander has put as one of the main goals of Stride Orthopedics Ltd. and of himself, to advance and assimilate the use of Hi Tech Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) in neuro rehabilitation. CVA survivors, pediatric CP patients and Multiple Sclerosis patients are only a few examples of those who can benefit from the use of FES.
Michael Alexander has accumulated vast experience in FES and thus understands the potential of FES. In the international O&P congress ISPO Liepzig 2010 he chaired and presented the following lecture: Observations of Peroneal Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) with cp pediatric population.
From 2016 he is involved in a medical research -"Effects of Functional Electrical Stimulation on Gait in Children with Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy " conducted at the The Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center Dana-Dwek Children’s Hospital.
